IMPREGNATOR SEAL & WATER REPELLENT A water soluble, multi-silicone based products used on surfaces and grout, including unglazed ceramic, concrete, natural and manufactured stone such as marble, slate, limestone, sandstone, precast stone, etc. Reacts with substrated to form an insoluble water-resistant resin coating within 24 hours, without changing appearance. Shows little change in water repellency over a 5-10 year period. Helps protect against dirt and stoning while it keeps out moisture and allows the substrate to “breathe” (decreasing the chance of efflorescence). Not recommended for previously sealed surfaces.
